We are committed to environmental sustainability. As part of our green initiatives, extensive plantation drives have been undertaken within and around our plant premises. Native and pollution-tolerant species have been planted to improve air quality, enhance biodiversity, and create a healthier ecosystem. Regular maintenance activities like watering, mulching, and monitoring plant health are conducted to ensure high survival rates. This effort not only supports our environmental objectives but also promotes a greener and cleaner environment for future generations.

Solid Waste Management

• Single-use plastics (SUP) are banned at site as per government notification.
• Battery wastes are disposed of through a buy-back policy with vendors or authorized recyclers.
• E-waste is carefully segregated and disposed of through authorized recyclers.
• Coal conveyor systems are safeguarded against spills and fugitive emissions using dust suppression and dust extraction systems at transfer points.

Energy Conservation

• Conventional lighting has been replaced with energy-efficient LED lighting across the premises.
