Sudhir Agarwal is the Managing Director of the Bhaskar Group. Over his 23-year long tenure, his leadership has chalked the success path for Bhaskar Group. India Today has ranked him along with Mr. R.C. Agarwal, 19th among the Top 50 powerful personalities in India. In addition to his overall responsibilities of the group as a Managing Director, his focus areas are editorial, circulation, finance, and key corporate management activities.

He is very sharp with a dynamic personality and believes in clarity. He is self-motivated, possessing creative instincts for market opportunities with inspiring leadership qualities. He is an active member of the World Association of Newspapers, Paris. His vision is global and aims to be in the list of top media companies in the world. The brand "Bhaskar" is today synonymous with success, quality, dynamism, and ethics in millions of households across India and the corporate world alike.

Girish Agarwal the Director, of Bhaskar Group, was instrumental in making the modest brand 'Bhaskar' into the media powerhouse it is today. He made inroads into, the Gujarat newspaper market when he launched Divya Bhaskar, the group's Gujarati daily.However, his biggest achievement till date was his role in the conceptualization and launch of DNA (Daily News and Analysis) two years ago; the English daily is now the second largest read newspaper in Mumbai.

Girish Agarwal was the recipient of the 'Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2006' award by Ernst and Young in the IT, Communications and Entertainment category. He was received the Innovation for India Award for Business Innovation for Divya Bhaskar in 2006. A team player, Girish Agarwal is a source of inspiration for his colleagues with his "out of the box" thinking and diligence.

Pawan Agarwal is Director Bhaskar Group and is the frontrunner of the IT and infrastructure development in the group, as his interest in media spans print and electronic platforms. He is a keen follower of the possibilities afforded by emerging wireless solutions. He has been actively involved in the launch and management of Bhaskar's radio station My FM in 10 cities.

He is an active member of the Regional Committee of IFRA, the world's leading association for newspaper and media publishing. An Industrial Engineering graduate from Purdue, Pawan led the energetic team along with Mr. Girish Agarwal that conceptualized and implemented the launch of the Bhaskar Group's English daily DNA - Daily News & Analysis in Mumbai. Pawan Agarwal is the director of the Diligent Media Corporation, a joint venture between two industry majors - the Dainik Bhaskar Group and the Zee Group, which launched Daily News & Analysis, now the second largest read newspaper in Mumbai.

Mr. Sumit Chakraborty is Whole Time Director of D B Power Limited. Mr. Sumit Chakraborty has done B. Com. from Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur in 1988 and having 34 years of experience in the field of finance & accounts.

He is associated with Dainik Bhaskar Group for last 25 years executing many projects. Some of the landmarks he has achieved in this group are launching of Divya Bhaskar in Ahmedabad, launching of DNA in Mumbai and edition launching in Jammu, Rohtak & Bhatinda.

M.L. Kumavat is a finance professional with over 30 years of comprehensive experience in accounting, corporate finance, taxation, strategic planning and corporate governance. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Kumavat has held senior leadership roles across diverse sectors including manufacturing, renewable energy, engineering consultancy and financial services. Prior to joining DB Power, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Anjani Portland Cement Limited, a Chettinad Cement Group Company, where he oversaw the finance function for both Anjani Cement and its subsidiary Bhavya Cements.

His previous experience includes key positions with esteemed organizations such as SNC-Lavalin (now Atkins Réalis) and Astonfield Renewables. With his extensive knowledge and proven track record, Mr. Kumavat continues to contribute to the company’s growth and financial stewardship.
